We had... read more a babysitter provided that did a wonderful job. The staff looked after us really well with snacks, meals and drinks. They set up various activities for us such as use of both jet skis, tubing, paddle boarding, fishing, snorkeling and a stop at a private beach which was amazing. They even had a taxi for our group awaiting us on our arrival back to shore. The yacht itself is amazing inside, the photos don't do it justice at all, itt is well appointed and luxurious throughout.

The yacht was kept in immaculate condition with two restrooms and 3 bedrooms.

The yacht had ample room for SUNBATHING,... read more yet it could also be converted to become a outdoor shade area.

Both the front and rear of the Yacht were amazing.

The STAFF, were beyond accommodating. I myself got a bit sick and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the ride was comfortable for me. Even making me a special Drink to get me feeling better.

GO WITH THEM, they are worth every penny

The drinks were... read more well-made and always available. It was a wonderful day and we enjoyed this comfortable yacht.

The reasons for not a 5-star rating were two things: the crew and skipper were pleasant but not welcoming & the food was just acceptable. I am sure the crew and skipper are tired at this point in the high season, but they appeared bored (no smiles but did their jobs). Their performance was acceptable but not high-end. The food was okay (chicken fajitas & guacamole). The app came after the entree which seemed odd (the food timing was off).

Overall, a very good experience for a day charter. As comparison, I've done three other charters with other companies and they were all 5-star so this may just be crew fatigue at this point in the tourist season.

Todo excelente, tal vez la embarcación tipo Tiara que contratamos no era la más moderna (aunque cuentan con otro tipo de embarcaciones), pero valió la pena por lo que pagamos y lo mas importante es el espléndido servicio que recibimos, gracias al cual pasamos un día sin igual!!

  Had a wonderful private charter on a catamaran, captained by Gabriel. Spent several hours enjoy the beautiful private beaches of the Bay of Banderas with some snorkeling, SUP, and enjoyment... read more on board, including some live music. The fresh-caught ceviche was delicious and drinks abound! Highly recommend and will be doing it again!
