Some of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta are hidden among the Sierra Madre mountains, Colomitos being one of them, this little cove is a true treasure with its combination of seclusion and natural beauty.
This corner of the Pacific coast belongs to the municipality of Cabo Corrientes and is considered the smallest beach in Jalisco, since it covers only 30 meters, although its reduced space does not prevent it from living great adventures.
Witness the incredible view that is offered from the cove in which it is located, and discover a beach of soft pearly sand, with crystal clear waters and even a hidden waterfall.
If you pay attention, under the clarity of the water that Colomitos offers you can easily admire the flora and fauna of the ocean, you will find species such as puffer fish, moray eels, damsel fish, spotted chest, and king angels, among many others. To get to the waterfall, it is enough to follow for a few minutes the stream that flows from the mountains into a stream of fresh and peaceful water, surrounded by thick jungle vegetation, the perfect place for photographers and explorers.
