RECREATIONAL, COMFORTABLE, AND SPORTY

This 2005 Luhrs 45 Convertible features a modified high-strength V-hull, powered by two 580 hp Cummins diesel engines and a 9 kW generator , with 18,000 BTU air conditioning units covering the saloon, cabins, and even the flybridge. Its extra-wide 4.8 m (15’9″) beam results in cabin and helm dimensions typical of a much larger boat.

Its cherry wood interior includes a spacious saloon with teak and holly flooring, a full entertainment center, and an ultra-thin leather sofa on the starboard side that converts into a double berth at the touch of a button. Forward of the saloon is a U-shaped galley with attractive light-colored Corian countertops, a three-burner stove, and a convection oven. A spacious double-entry bathroom serves both staterooms, with a 66 cm wide separate shower for two people and an MSD VacuFlush.

In terms of accommodation, this boat offers two large lettered staterooms: a master stateroom in the bow with a queen-size mattress lowered and a guest stateroom on the port side and aft, elegantly arranged with a double berth instead of letters.

The spacious 85-square-foot cockpit features two fish boxes in the sole and two more at the stern, two fighting chairs, a bait prep center with a livewell, freezer, and sink, a door and bench at the stern, tuna tubes, four rod holders, a depth sounder, drag valves, and six rocket launchers, along with Lee double spreader stabilizers and lights on the flybridge’s hardtop, which is easily accessed via a molded staircase to port.

The flybridge hardtop has a L-shaped seating area, one of the largest in its class, extending forward and aft to provide views of both the bow and the cockpit, and is designed for fishing and cruising. A helm-side bench offers a great spot to observe the baits. Two chairs provide the latest in electronics and navigation: 72-mile radar, two 9-inch color touchscreens, GPS, plotter, sonar, autopilot, and a helm equipped with VHF.

The bow of this vessel is equipped with extra-large double cushions laid out on the expansive forward deck for sunbathing and relaxation. It also features a stereo sound system throughout the deck, including the stern, flybridge, and forward deck.
